After pregnancy weight loss – 7th week, day 1 of diet detox
Hi my name is Patty Franklin and I just had a beautiful baby boy on June 18, 2010. He is 7 weeks old and I will be starting my first day of the Genesis Pure Health Trim Diet Detox program. I wanted to share my Genesis Pure experience with everyone. Although I am terrible with video’s, I will be starting a video diary and do my best to show my attempts to shed the final stubborn 10 to 12 lbs using a diet detox program from Genesis Pure.
Pregnancy weight loss is very common and obviously most if not all women that have babies want to get back to at least their pre-pregnancy weight. I hate diet plans and hardly ever do them because I am sensitive to most of the stimulants used in diet plans. I personally know several women who used the Genesis Pure Health Trim products and have had amazing results……… So here I go!!!
I am ready to take on the Genesis Pure diet detox challenge.
My goal is to get to 110 lbs and look fabulous in a bikini for an upcoming trip to New Zealand. The last time I weighed 110 lbs was 5 years ago.
