After pregnancy weight loss – 3 months 2 weeks

I had my weigh in and I weigh 113 lbs.  So I have lost another 2 pounds since my 3 month   weigh in.  2 pounds may not seem like alot in 2 weeks but it is.  These are the final pounds I’m trying to shed and it is always the toughest.  Especially when I have not weighed this much in over 5 years.  I am continuing to take the metabolic and internal cleanse capsules and I drink my shake everyday without a hitch.

My skin has gotten so much better.  People are complementing my weight loss and my skin.  Because the meal replacement shake is pact full of the 4 superfruits, it has alot of antioxidants and making my skin very clear and supple.  I am still waking up every 4 to 5 hours because of my 3 1/2 month old but there is no sign of fatique or acne. After pregnancy weight Loss – 3 month

My son will be 3 months old this saturday, September 18, 2010.  I have lost all of my pre-pregnancy weight and lost an additional 3 pounds.  I weigh 15.4 lbs.  I have been using the Genesis Pure Health Trim organic diet detox program along with the liquid cleanse and it has been a huge success.  I’m 39 years old and its gets difficult to lose weight.  This is why the health trim line has been so successful for me and it wasn’t that hard.  My absolute favorite of the line is the Meal replacement shake.  I usually add in some go-yin, or a superfruit liquid along with some fresh or frozen berry, a scoop of the fruit and fiber mix and mix it in a blender and it taste so good and so healthy for you.  It is also very filling and will tie me over for 2-3 hours.

I will continue to use the health trim until I get to my desired weight of 110lbs.  Thats just a little over 5lbs I need to lose so stay tune.

After pregnancy weight Loss – 8th week, day 7 of diet detox

145 lbs to 118.6 pounds  = I lost a total of 26.40 lbs in 8 weeks

I lost another 4lbs in the last 7 days after completing the Genesis Pure Health Trim Diet Detox program.  My friends have asked me how I did the detox program.  I used the suggested program from Genesis Pure which outlines specific instructions of what to take and eat day 1 thru day 7, breakfast, mid morning, lunch, afternoon, dinner and evening.  I did however skew a bit from the program when it came to eating.

I confess, day 5, day 6, and day 7 ,  I did eat cereal with fat free milk and skinless chicken, chips and salsa when I got hungry.  Even eating more than suggested, I still lost 4 lbs in 1 week.

I plan on continuing taking the Metabolic boost, internal cleanse, ionic blend, fasting solution, and the organic meal replacement shake until I get to my desired weight of 110 lbs.

After pregnancy weight loss – 7th week, day 5 of diet detox

As I am into Day 5, I have lost about 4 lbs.  I am having about 2 -3 significant bowel movements each day.  Day 3 and Day 4 were tough because I had to fight the hunger cravings but I feel like now it is getting easier.   I feel lighter but I am noticing my skin looks healthier. This was what I noticed with my friends who lost over 30lbs with the Genesis Pure Health Trim diet.  They all looked about 10 years younger with vibrant skin.  I think it is from all the anti-oxidants that are packed within the products.

I plan on doing the 7 day detox program where I am fasting only for 7 days.  Afterwards, I will continue to take the Genesis Pure Health Trim Products and start incorporating healthy foods.

After pregnancy weight loss – 7th week, day 2 of diet detox

I just started my Genesis Pure Health Trim – 7 day detox yesterday and so far so good.  The starvation feeling hasn’t kicked in so I’m hoping it won’t hit me until day 7.

My friends have asked me how I lost my first 25 pounds in 7 weeks.  After I had my son, my body was so swollen, I took the  Genesis Pure liquid cleanse for 4 days to cleanse out all the toxins that were retained in my body. I lost a total of 18 lbs that first week.  I was going to the bathroom every 2 to 3 hours.  If I had known that the liquid cleanse was going to be that effective, I would have documented my weight and have shown you through my video diary.  I was able to do the liquid cleanse because my milk had not come in and my baby was in the NICU for 2 weeks.  It is stated on the bottle not to take the liquid cleanse if you are pregnant or lactating.  So you most of you can wait until after you are done lactating.  Once my milk came in, I was only able to breastfeed my son for a short period due to complications.

Today is Day 2, and I’m looking forward to the meal replacement shake.  This seems to be my favorite part of the diet plan.  I got my friends, my dad, and my husband hooked on the shake.

After pregnancy weight loss – 7th week, day 1 of diet detox

Hi my name is Patty Franklin and I just had a beautiful baby boy on June 18, 2010. He is 7 weeks old and I will be starting my first day of the Genesis Pure Health Trim Diet Detox program. I wanted to share my Genesis Pure experience with everyone.   Although I am terrible with video’s, I will be starting a video diary and do my best to show my attempts to shed the final stubborn 10 to 12 lbs using a diet detox program from Genesis Pure.

Pregnancy weight loss is very common and obviously most if not all women that have babies want to get back to at least their pre-pregnancy weight.  I hate diet plans and hardly ever do them because I am sensitive to most of the stimulants used in diet plans.  I personally know several women who used the Genesis Pure Health Trim products and have had amazing results……… So here I go!!!

I am ready to take on the Genesis Pure diet detox challenge.

My goal is to get to 110 lbs and look fabulous in a bikini for an upcoming trip to New Zealand. The last time I weighed 110 lbs was 5 years ago.
