I lost another 4lbs in the last 7 days after completing the Genesis Pure Health Trim Diet Detox program.  My friends have asked me how I did the detox program.  I used the suggested program from Genesis Pure which outlines specific instructions of what to take and eat day 1 thru day 7, breakfast, mid morning, lunch, afternoon, dinner and evening.  I did however skew a bit from the program when it came to eating.

I confess, day 5, day 6, and day 7 ,  I did eat cereal with fat free milk and skinless chicken, chips and salsa when I got hungry.  Even eating more than suggested, I still lost 4 lbs in 1 week.

My friends have asked me how I lost my first 25 pounds in 7 weeks.  After I had my son, my body was so swollen, I took the  Genesis Pure liquid cleanse for 4 days to cleanse out all the toxins that were retained in my body.
